Video Animation & Flythroughs

A still image shows a room. A film shows a sequence: arrival, threshold, the moment the space opens up. That sequence is what people remember when they walk out of the sales office.

01

Script and storyboard

Every animation starts on paper. We work out what the film has to accomplish (sell units, win an approval, brief a board) and build a shot list that gets there in the time the audience will actually give you.

The storyboard fixes camera paths, shot lengths and transitions before a single frame is rendered. Approving a storyboard costs an hour; re-rendering a sequence costs days.

02

Camera, motion and pacing

Camera moves are built to feel shot rather than simulated: real focal lengths, gentle easing into and out of every move, and the small imperfections that keep a drone shot from looking like a computer animation.

Interior sequences are paced to walking speed with deliberate pauses at the moments that matter: a view line, a material change, the double-height space that justifies the price per square foot.

03

Finishing

Rendered sequences go through colour grading, depth of field, atmospheric work and sound design. Animated people, planting, water and traffic are added where they make a scene read as inhabited rather than empty.

Final delivery is 4K master plus the cut-downs you actually need: a sixty-second sales version, a fifteen-second social cut in vertical format, and stills pulled from the best frames.

What you get

  • Storyboard and animatic for approval
  • 4K master film with colour grading and sound
  • Sixty-second and fifteen-second edits
  • Vertical format cut for social channels
  • High-resolution stills pulled from the sequence
  • Project files retained for future updates

Questions

How long should the film be?

Ninety seconds to two minutes for a sales film. Longer only when the audience is contractually obliged to watch it, such as a planning submission.

Can you animate an existing model we already have rendered?

Usually yes. If the scene was built for stills it may need work to hold up in motion, and we will tell you up front which parts.

What is the lead time?

Four to eight weeks for a full film depending on length, number of interiors, and how quickly the storyboard is approved.
