VR 360° Tours

Scale is the one thing a flat image cannot communicate. Put someone in a headset at the centre of the room and the conversation about ceiling height, corridor width and window size ends in about four seconds.

01

How a tour is built

We render high-resolution stereoscopic panoramas from a set of stations chosen to cover the project: entry, primary living spaces, amenity areas, and the views that carry the most value.

Stations are linked with hotspots so a viewer can move through the building in the order they would actually walk it. Information hotspots can carry finish schedules, dimensions, unit data or a link back to your sales material.

02

Where it runs

Tours are published for three contexts at once: a headset such as Meta Quest for the sales suite, a phone or tablet for a site visit or a client meeting, and a plain browser link you can email to anyone.

The browser version needs no app and no install. That matters more than it sounds. The tours that get used are the ones a broker can open on a laptop in front of a client without asking anyone to download anything.

03

Options within a tour

A single tour can carry variants: two finish packages, a furnished and unfurnished state, day and night lighting. Buyers switch between them in place, which is a far stronger sales tool than a pair of printed boards.

What you get

  • Stereoscopic 360° panoramas at key stations
  • Interactive tour with hotspot navigation
  • Headset build for Meta Quest
  • Mobile and tablet version
  • Browser link with no install required
  • Optional finish, furniture and lighting variants

Questions

Do we need to buy headsets?

Not necessarily. The browser and tablet versions cover most sales situations; a headset is worth it when you have a permanent sales suite.

How many stations does a tour need?

Six to twelve for a residence, more for a building with amenity space. The right number is the number that lets someone understand the plan without getting lost.

Can the tour be updated as the design changes?

Yes. Stations are re-rendered individually, so a change in one room does not mean rebuilding the whole tour.
